Co-Owner / Director of ABA Operations
Rachel Massey, MEd, BCBA, LBA

Rachel graduated with her Bachelor's in Psychology from UT Tyler in 2013. She began her career at the Andrews Center in Tyler, Texas, where her passion for working with the autism population took root. She stayed with the Autism Outreach program until being offered a full-time Behavior Technician position in January 2013, where she taught parents ABA-based strategies.

In 2015, Rachel joined an in-home ABA company, working with children aged 2–22 across varying diagnoses. In May 2016 she earned her Master's in Curriculum and Instruction: Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Later that year she accepted the role of Program Manager of the Comprehensive Program at the Treatment & Learning Center under the Andrews Center.

In November 2016, Rachel passed the BCBA exam on her first attempt. After five years managing the Comprehensive Program she transitioned to overseeing training and continuing education for all behavior technicians, and supervised over 90 college interns. She is a member of TxABA, actively advocates for autism insurance coverage policy, and volunteers with Autism on the Seas.

Co-Owner / Director of Educational Operations
Lynn Kistler, MEd

Lynn is a certified Elementary and Special Education Teacher and Educational Diagnostician. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University in December 1984, and her Master of Education in Special Education from Stephen F. Austin University in 1994, along with her Educational Diagnostician certification.

From 1985 to 1994, Lynn taught in special education and general elementary classrooms and an early childhood intervention clinic. From 1994 to 2015, she served as an Educational Diagnostician for Lufkin ISD and Tyler ISD. Upon retiring from public education in June 2015, she established a private Educational Advocate practice — one of the first in the Tyler/East Texas area — serving families across Eastern Texas and beyond.

Lynn is a Registered Professional Educational Diagnostician, an active member of her church, volunteers with Champions for Children, and serves on the board of a local non-profit charity. She has two adult children and four grandchildren in the Tyler area.
